The castle is bunch of ruins at the end of the town, mostly parts of the wall. It looks cool from distance especially at night because of the lights installed, but from closer distance is nothing special especially if you compare it with the ancient...More

This castle is related to the history of Toroni, but there is not too interesting. Some walls and just that. The overview towards Toroni is very good.

Likithos Castle - Ancient Toroni. Parts of the ancient city Toroni including its port facility sunk under the sea surface and can be seen by diving.

You cannot get close to the castle. There is some kind of ramp which prevents you from entering. Maybe they want to save it from reckless tourists

On the end of the village is small ruin of the castle, but nothing worth to see, do not loose time especially in Greece where you may find hundreds of great attractions.

At night it is visible because of lights, but it is closed for "renovation", and offers no interesting views, no picture opportunities... so a waist of time planning especially for it

It seems that restoration is to be made. In any case, at this moment, definitely not worth the detour.

On going consolidation works means no access to the castle although we did sneak in! Only a few walls left but impressive none the less, worth a revisit when works complete.
