We visited on a saturday where the factory was closed, so we got a discount in the price. The around the house of chocolate was fun, and a lot of free samples were shared. Our guide was friendly and very good at English. Warm recommendations

The tour was really worth doing. It was interesting and the chocolate tasting was a bonus! There is a shop at the end where you can buy the chocolate and various chocolate-related products.

Staff is very nice and speak English. The exhibits in the museum seem to all be in Italian but they offer tours of the factory in English if you call in advance. We did find the location hard to find. There is a gate but...More

I enjoyed the tour. I have done other chocolate tours and thought this was the best at explaining the chocolate making process. I loved the 'eat as much as you want' chocolate tasting. (A cup of coffee would have made it even better!) This is...More
