Impressive falls for a quick visit

Visited during the summer and it was a pleasant break from the heat as you can get rather wet in the falls and therefore cool down. Not the biggest attraction but worth a visit.

This was billed as a major attraction in the area but after paying Euro 5.50 for an adult entry there wasn't much to see. The waterfall is nice and cascades down an impressive chasm in the rocks and there is a pleasant picnic area. Otherwise it's a limited attraction. The shop selling the entry tickets has lots of cheap tourist... More

The grotto is a typical touristic attraction which draws people in that pay (5.50 per adult) to see a cascading waterfall. There is a Picknick area, a basic shop/snack bar and that's it.

This is a short walk where you can see the falls at two points. You will get wet! Pretty walk along flowers.

My boyfriend and I went there on December 31, because a friend of ours said it was such a nice natural environment to go to and… he was right! :) Varone Falls have a great story you get to know before you enter each cavern. It’s not just about the falls, but also many different types of plants and flowers!... More

Interesting and dramatic with pleasant gardens. Nice place to get away from crowds. There isn't a huge amount to see but what's there is good. Take waterproofs though as will get wet.

Dissapointment. About 100 m to walk for 5,50€ price? We saw people in parking getting ready with bags and mountain shoes to walk long way. And we thought the same because there is no information about trip is so short. The waterfall is stuning. You can see Snd feel it close up in 2 points. But nothing else more.

I think this was worth a little trip from Riva del Garda. Not like any waterfall I've seen before. The small botanical garden was a little extra on top. Not crowed with tourists when I was there.

It's pretty, but too pricy (5.5 EUR per person). The walk is very short, not too much to see. And the toilet is awful!! A hole in the floor for this price?! I give this one miss.

We visited the grotta during a rainy day. The waterfall was nice to look at, but nothing so special. Was it worth the visit? Yes! We liked the sweet botanic garden along the path very much.
