Its a must see for trout lovers, though its hidden from the main road. Climb down a few steep steps, and then enjoy fresh trouts sitting besides the river! Though thy have limited variety of starters and main course, you have the options of curry or grilled. And fresh trouts, are picked as per your orders ! Definitely a treat, not to be missed !

one of the most inflexible , unaccomodating arrogant services that ive ever come across. Visited the restaurant with friends and was apalled to see trash and plastic floating into the water next to where we were seated! We were denied coffee and tea at the end of the meal and when we pointed out that the group sitting besides us were having coffee the waiter casually remarked , but i cant give you!!!!A talk to the manager about getting some boiled vegetables on the side ofthe fish was a stressful discussion..all in all wen there are better restaurants serving trout in manali i would avoid such inhospitable places..the fish was fresh but the preparation was nothing to write home about!

The farm is situated amongst hills and is entirely a natural scenery. Trout farming is done here and several other activities for teens and young children are available. But the best part is the delectable food which majorly includes dishes prepared with freshly caught trout. No elegance about the eating area but the food taste states heaven. One must try this place if one wants to have the actual taste of trout.

Not only the food, the entire experience is something that puts it apart from a regular restaurant. One can see the trout fish being harvested, picked, cleaned and cooked. They only serve dishes with trout fish and it takes them sometime before they can pick up the fish from the reservoir, clean, cut , cook and serve but the wait is every hit worth it. The place is also very beautiful by the side of a stream , large trees with chirping birds and full of flower bushes

Himalayan Trout Fish Farm is a must see place when you visit Manali. It is some 30km outside at Naggar. Perfectly placed on a river side. You can see all stages of farming in different tanks. And there is lot of space to stroll around for a family for fun.
There is a restaurant attached to this facility and there is nothing like getting to taste fresh cooked Trout fish. Excellent facility. Don't miss.

It is not a very crowded place. You can visit here to see the trout fish farming and enjoy the view of the farm. One restaurant is also present inside the farm, you can enjoy delicious cuisines inside sitting in the middle of the wilderness.
