1) The waterfalls are one of the best that I have seen in the whole Philippines. 2) The waterfalls are just a stone's throw away from the highway. You can view the cascades from the road. 3) The facilities of Aliwagwag Falls Eco-Park are very good. There are very decent and well-designed guest-houses and dining areas. There are sufficient parking... More

I've seen a lot of waterfalls and this one is one of the best I've seen. It has been dubbed as the "stairway to heaven" with its 127 tiers, 21 of which reachable by trail. At the end of the trail, there is a monkey bridge that you can try for 50 pesos. It's just beside the road so trekking... More

Entrance Fee: 100 pesos/head Monkey line: 50 pesos Good: One of the most beautiful place I've been! The water was clean and cold! It is well maintained by their government! Good job! The structures mounted mixed well with the natural beauty of the place! Bad: Travel time - If you're doing it solo like me. It will take arounf 35... More

If your in the Davao / Tagum area Aliwagwag is the perfect place th spend the day. Get there by 9am to get picnic table(s). Area is well maintained although some of the showers need attention. The zip line was closed the day we went but we did the monkey bridge which was fun. The drive from Monticello is spectacular... More

Visited Aliwagwag Falls for a field class and learned it is still of young age based on the rock erosion and structure. On a lighter note, it is a very nice waterfalls comprised of several cascades. The staff in Aliwagwag Eco Park are also friendly and very accommodating.

This was above my expectations. The crystal clear cold water was so soothing. Thank God for my improvised water camera!!! We were able to capture our underwater moments. Tinago vs. Aliwagwag? I like Aliwagwag more since you don't have to spent the100 steps from the parking lot to enjoy the water falls experience. The cottages as well was presentable for... More

I was blown away by the beauty of it's cascades.Yes, it is not a single drop kind of waterfall. It is a multi-tiered falls with a stunning view of the mountains. You can swim in its ice-cold water or just simply sit on a rock and let the water do a natural massage. You can also try their 680m zip... More

I was having hard time in getting info on how to get from Davao City to Aliwagwag Falls Ecopark and I promised to write down my itinerary details once my adventure to Aliwagwag is done and successful. Travel by Bus: If you decided to travel by bus, the best option to travel by bus is through Mallen Express. Bachelor Express... More

On our way to Campawasan Curtain Falls, we were pleasantly surprised by the spectacular view of cascading falls just along the road in Cateel a few minutes after passing by the boundary of Compostela Valley. Aliwagwag Falls is one of the most beautiful falls I have seen and also one of the most accessible. Of course our team had to... More

Aliwagwag falls is located in Cateel, Davao Oriental. They have clean shower, toilet and dressing area, restaurants and store to buy food to eat. You need to bring towel as you will be tempted to take a quick plunge on the water. The place is well maintained. Its worth the entrance fee for 50 pesos per head. As you can... More
