give it a miss not worth it

The poor monkeys they are thin and I wonder how well they are cared for. The tricks were only OK and the silly dance very staged.

My son loves monkeys so insisted on going on arrival we saw a baby monkey in chains. Just depressing. They don't look well at all. Regret going and would not go again. Very sad.

It is strange that during my visits to Samui I never saw a wild monkey - suppose they are all "working" in show business now. To be avoided unless you support animal cruelty.

We arrived to see two monkeys who were chained to a tree by their necks so they only had a very tiny space to walk around as there was also wires around the perimeter. We got shown how one monkey was able to twist a coconut off of its tree which lasted all of 5 minutes before we were pointed... More

Came here the first time in 1998 and it was great. Last visited in 2008. The years had well and truly caught up with it and it was then (in 2008) extremely old and run-down, with only 1 or 2 shows. The animals are locked up in small cages and look very sad, some seem like they've gone insane. Haven't... More

Maybe it was just that day of the week, or pre-programming, but I got to see some monkeys pick coconuts and then chuck them down from trees. The End

I dont like the Monkey being treated like that. Its not at all fun. If somebody have less time then better to visit other places but not Monkey theatre.

Waste of time waste of money Nothing is interesting . The monkey was forced to perform a show. It should not put this place in the tour trip.
