It was a very interesting place. There was a museum with old machinery and turtles in a pool!
You have to be a bit nosey and carry on up some steps as there is a lot more to see. It isn't obvious.

I suppose if there was anything happening i.e. Sugar cane production it maybe worth a look but when we visited all you could see were a few machines no explanations. No free samples better ways of spending your time.

Visited this place exactly during the one month harvest period end of April. Interesting to watch the men working. Entrance is free and you can buy local products with cane sugar (bolo de Mel, aguardiente, ponco)
