Static viewing. Best to go when the sugar cane is being harvested. Good selection of cane based drinks and excellent cakes

A free museum and a quick walk around gives an idea of how it was used. Definitely don't miss the tasting available at the shop for a few cents for a shot. The rum is delicious.

This was interesting to see. There is no guide but you are left to wander round. the factory is still operating and the old machinery is an insight into victorian engineering sold worldwide
