We are a sustainable organic coffee farm. We have been using sustainably organic practices for over fourteen years. Today we are happy to consider ourselves environmentalists first, and coffee farmers second.

Gabriel is extremely knowledgeable and a very good teacher. His family story shows the cost and benefit from moving from chemical based monoculture farming to organic to diverse shade growing. Very worthwhile and inspiring. Delicious coffee.
