It is a celebration of diversity and cultural heritage that showcases centuries-old traditions still practiced today within these communities. An excellent place to visit. Wow, I was so amazed at all of the history(I"m a history teacher) and all of the entertainment. This is a great and beautiful place to visit. I would love to go again and take some other people with me the next time. Make sure to check out the souvenir shop, there's a great guy who works there named John. He's very nice and knowledgeable and will show you some really nice things. The food was great in the restaurant. I've never had crocodile before and it was very good, along with everything else. Please make sure to thank the people in the restaurant for really good food.

It was a perfect family activity. I loved it. Please book your tickets in advance as they do the tour at specific times only. And since you already are going all the way, combine this with a visit to the Lion Park - also book in advance.

Traditionally and preferred venue with professional presenters . The presentations are very educative . Every staff member is always wearing a bright smile . The dance scene was a vibrant display of rhythmic movement and explosive energy .

This is a great place to spend some time if interested in the Zulu culture. The staff, (including the guides, resturant, and even vendors) are super helpful and pleasant.

Our visit to the Lesedi Cultural Village was a unique and interesting experience. Our visit started off with a bit of a drumming lesson which was fun. We were then taken on a walking tour of the village and told stories of the five tribes occupying the village and their way of life as we wondered among the huts in each section of the village. The tour lasted about an hour and ended with a lovely dance session. We did not have the buffet lunch that was served at the end of the tour but it looked fresh and good.

This was a wonderful way to spend a few hours in South Africa! I was only in Joburg for 2 full days, and LESEDI was recommended to me by several people. I was treated by a group of beautiful people who sang to me, wandered around the shops full of wonderful handmade goods, got a drum lesson and a tour around the different tribal villages. The star of the tour is absolutely the dance performances which are incredible. There is explanation as to what the dances mean, which tribe they originated in and it was a pleasure to watch. The entire experience was delightful! I highly recommend!

We recently made an unexpected trip to SA from NZ and wanted a taste of Africa during our short stay.
Lesedi Village was recommended to us and we stayed for 3 nights
It was amazing! The culture experience was fabulous the accommodation was authentic, clean and comfortable
The staff were outstanding! They ran the place as if it was their own with a genuine passion for making sure everyone has a good time.
We will be back 😊
