It’s a good place to watch mountain Fuji, but too many cars there, we need to wait for a parking space in weekdays, however, we waited for a short time only, I think it’s because the visitors won’t stay in the lake for a long...More
We came with the blue bus line from Fujikawaguchiko, but unfortunately the bus stop is far away from the good view point. The bus stop is at a spot, which does not give you a nice view on Fujisan. To get to that nice view...More

The water was surprisingly warm and clear! We rented a row boat for an hour and played in the water all Afternoon. The beach is a little rocky- so bring a chair or two! Otherwise it was perfect! The views of Fuji are amazing!!
I come here en route to the ice cave and the wind cave. Nothing extraordinary here. It is just a lake out of five lakes around Mount Fuji. You can come here for fishing, I hear. But I don't have time to try it.
