I wasnt sure what to expect when i organised this trip, but i really enjoyed it. The views on the way up and down are by far the best part of the whole tour, its expensive. So to begin you have aprox 20 min steep uphill climb, then you have a cable car that takes you up higher then another... More

Panorama views, cable car and amazing ice cave experience with oil lamps and magnesium strips but keep in mind it is extremely cold in the cave - do not underestimate the time spent inside. Wear good grip shoes!

I didn't find the cave to be that special. The ice formation were not as pretty as they are showing it on most of their advertisement. The tour guide explained that they were polished due to the winds in the cave. I also didn't like the constant yelling at people that they shouldn't take photos. The explanation that is not... More

Dress warmly and use good hiking shoes. It's about a 20 minute hike up hill, followed by a short cable ride further up the mountain and then about 700 stair steps up into the cave. You'll enter a different world full of impressive natural gigantic ice sculptures. So worth it!

I will not dispute the beautiful scenic hike and the wonder inside the cave - it's a lovely experience, however before visiting one may need to consider a few things; Ages of those in the party going and heath. I saw many children running around which made me very nervous. There are barriers till the very top however they are... More

Overall it was a wonderful experience. It was amazing to see a kilometer of space inside the mountain full of ice, and to know that it went in deeper for another 40+ kilometers was crazy! I do agree with the other reviewers. This is not a trip for people who are not in shape or for young children. I didn't... More

Let me start by saying that the hike to the cave was the most spectacular part of this visit, so if it's rainy, you may want to find something else to do with your time. Also, I may have missed somewhere in the postings that there are two 20-minute walks before you reach the cave; the first is from the... More

The good: the place is very well maintained. The paths up to the cave are wide, and comfortable for walking. The cave is large and powerful. Truly a force of nature. The bad: The human factor. The cave is completely dark. We were given very few lamps, not nearly enough to get uniform light for all the people in the... More

Magnificent photos on the website and postcards sold in the shop. Unfortunately, YOU DO NOT SEE ANYTHING AT ALL LIKE THIS ON THE TOUR. These amazing professional photos were taken with the aid of a great deal of illumination. On the tour, the cave is mostly dark and the guide uses a small burning stick to individually illuminate one small... More
