We rode downhill from Waterloo towards Granby. As the weather was getting rainy, decided to ride back - all up hill, so be aware of this! A lovely ride free of car traffic, what a treat.

Four of us rode from Granby to Waterloo (and then took other trails around Parc Yamaska). So pleasant to ride a bicycle without having to think about traffic aside from oncoming cyclists. It's clearly very popular, used by people of all ages. I appreciated the signage with distance to the next road crossing or town. Nice to be in the shade too.
It connects to other trails, including the Routes des Champs to Chambly and Route Verte 4 south to Bromont, Brome and the U.S. border.

Very well marked. Paved. Not too many highs and lows. Lots of greenery along the way, as well as many picnic tables and rest areas.

Great track to bicycle, quiet, not dangerous people courteous, no danger of animals clean landscape great . You cross farms residents, and on a difficulty level I would give it on a scale of 10 a 3

We did the route from Waterloo to Granby and back including the trail around the lake in Granby. Very well kept paved path, slight incline direction Granby to Waterloo. Very few other riders on a weekday in summer. Feels very secluded in some sections. The photo shows the view that is evident along most of the path. All you see is the path ahead so the scenery is a little monotonous after awhile. Great signage, intersections marked with railway crossing x's so very clear for riders. Sculptures make it unique.

You can actually ride from Montreal to Vermont if you so choose. Newly paved last fall so great for a training ride. Add a loop through the Yamaska provincial park if you're looking for more km and a nice spot for a picnic. Uphill to Waterloo and great fun back down to Granby. The path can be busy on a nice weekend afternoon so watch out for families and those senior folks on electric bikes at peak times.

About a 50 km loop on paved and stone dust surfaces. Scenic path where you can visit a few towns and enjoy nature on the same day. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Many stops for a quiet picnic or just to relax. Would recommend it to any level of cyclist! To be considered a must do!

We parked at the tourist info in Granby, got a great map and some good advice and then took off. We did the circuit stying to the right at the fork (heading toward Bromont first).
All along the wway there are beautiful sculptures, amazing views, bridges& wildlife. The surface is either paved (in excellent condition!), or small stones. It is a very comfortable ride. The hills are rolling and it is not a particularly difficult ride. You will come to Waterloo, a nice place for lunch, and then on to Parc Yamasaka. Again, really extraordinary. Cross the resevoir and make a stop at the watersport center for a cold drink. We returned to Granby, and did the extra 3km loop to see the additional sculptures. I would definitely do this one again!

This is a recently re-paved and well-cared for path that runs between Waterloo and Granby. The path is in such good condition that many cyclists use it at quite high speeds so its important to be aware of others on the path. There are a couple of restaurants and a bike repair shop at the Granby end of the path and a number of picnic tables and rest spots along the way. There are yellow poles in the path at all road crossings so exercise caution at these spots. It is possible to make the trip into a loop by making the return trip through Yamaska Park. This trail is marked clearly coming from Granby. But if you start from Waterloo you need to look for the signs for La Campagnarde, shortly after you leave the initial starting area. The path through the Park is crushed stone/cinder but in good condition. We highly recommend the Estriade.

Free parking at the touristic center in Waterloo which is the beginning of the trail. Trail is 100% asphalted and in great condition. Very scenic route and nice shaded areas. Must do !!!!
