It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. Not a lot of visitors when we were there, so we took a swim and we enjoyed the beautiful waterfall. If you go to Ghana, don't miss this place!

A great walk to highly impressive falls. Prepare to get wet from the spray. There are 9 little bridges to cross and the track is a little rough so bring proper shoes. We managed it with young kids who loved it. Possible to swim in...More

A bit out of the way but well worth the effort to get there - plenty of good guesthouses in the vicinity

It was a leisurely walk to an amazing waterfall. They give you a guide which tells you about some if the vegetation during the hike. The waterfall is spectacular!

It has been now the second time for me to do so: If you ask at the tourist center in Wli for the possibility not only to climb up to the upper waterfall, but also to sleep up there, then you'll get to know Francis,...More

Really no need for a guide, but young men will offer to guide you and claim it is required. I was with a Ghanaian friend who declined their offers. If you are not with a local, then negotiate a price and they will show you... More

Yes. There are few accommodation facilities near the Fall. If you don't want to stay in Wli, you could the check out the hotels and guesthouses in Hohoe, the bigger town which is about 20 mins drive from the Wli Township.
