It is small but still a beautiful waterfall. There is a pond also in front of the waterfalls where one can take a dip (not sure if it is legal or healthy). Reaching the place requires walking a short distance on an unstable path, so not recommended for old people.

It is a small waterfall (we visited end of June when the rains haven't started) and quiet popular with the tourists. In fact, you must visit as early in the day as possible, or else you will be bumping into people if you visit during the season.
The walkway is nice and picturesque, and has a lot of juice stalls. We had the juices of Buransh/rhododendron (tastes sweet and slightly fermented), squash (like orange squash) and of galgal/mountain-lime/pahari-nimbu. Definitely try these juices, but don't advise the shop-keeper on how to prepare them, or else you will mess them up.

Nice Trek by the mountain to reach the main waterfall. One can swim or just relax in the icy cold water. Chai shops offering knickknacks keep the Josh alive....and there's also a handicraft outlet selling organic stuff (we purchased some juices, soaps etc and they were wonderful).

Picturesque place. One can swim in the fall. Changing rooms are in rundown condition.
Almost 2 kms walk from the main entrance.
Many eateries on the way.
Water is less during summar time.

It is a nice place to visit , a little trek from the main road parking, the path is well laid, and has small kiosks selling beverages and some snack, one can rest and enjoy them. The waterfall area is nice.

I went at morning about 10 am. Its a 2 km easy trek with a beautiful scenic views and crossing one small waterfall. Its 55 feet tall and 40 feet deep. So you can not bath or swim here without life jacket, which i felt very good. I really praised the work of facility done over here. Such cleanliness, calmness, changing room is also there. Loved this place so much!

Walked up and down a hilly terrain, 1.2 km one way. The waterfall path has a track which is rocky most of the way. Skip it if you have knee or ankle problems. Plenty of places to rest and sit though. You need good pair of sports shoes. Chappals won't last !

If you really want to see the beauty of this place come after monsoon so you can see both the falls of this area. I came this place last year, that time you had to cross the river thrice to reach to last point where the fall is now they have made small pulls to reach which I personally believe have made the real fun lower then I expected. If you want to go for a swim make sure you wear a life jacket because it’s too deep, and avoid going under the fall .

How to reach bhalu gaad waterfalls

There is a cut on the left side after crossing bhatelia, gangachor and kasiyalekh market, you should reach this place after driving 5-6 km in this direction. Mind you there are no signboards so better to ask locals as you drive through that road.
