Good Place to visit in pelling. This comes on the way of Kanchanjunga Waterfall and also know as Orange 🍊 garden. This river side place is amazing. Here you can also check homestay or campaigning with DJ party. Must try organic wine.

No flowers here, only rocks & rubble surrounding the river.
A few cottages at the end have a few flower plants

Though called a rock garden, the so called rock structures are very less in number and some of them available are not well maintained. The garden is however lush green with a lot of flora growth and vegetation. The Rimbi river flows along side the garden. There are well designed pathways along the garden. One can follow them and take a stroll along the garden.
I visited this place in April 2012.

The major part of this garden has been destroyed by the rains. There is a newly built orange garden next to this spot. You can have a walk next to the rimbi river. Though one must be careful while going down and playing in water. The current and the flow of the water is something you need to consider while getting into the water. It can be risky.

We visited there in Feb-15 and that time rock garden was closed as it was complete destroyed due to land slide but we insisted our driver that we want to see that and he agreed. Now there is no proper way to go and all the path ways are destroyed. Still i like this place very much. Firstly nobody was there and secondly it is situated on bank of Rimbi River, you can sit there relax and enjoy. Loads of rocks and trees are surrounded.
It was damn beautiful even after destruction. so, i can imagine how beautiful it would have been earlier.

As a part of our touristy visits, we tried our luck with "rock garden". Unfortunately, we couldn't see any way to go to the rock garden. On enquiry, we figured out that the landslides had damaged the path. We returned back after spending 5 mins at this attraction.
So i would request tourists to omit this place and spend more time in either the Palace Ruins or waterfalls. It's fun to these rather than the rock gardens. However, it's good to go through reviews of other people who actually saw this place to know the features of the rock garden.

Nice place to visit if you love being photographed in nature. It's more of a organised location of floating mountain rivers and hills behind you. Nearby you can also visit orange gardens .
