Stopped off for 2-night stay, even in wild & windy weather the site was quite sheltered & offered adequate if limited facilities. Landlord was welcoming & we enjoyed a cosy bar with a warm log fire.

It's a basic country inn but worth the visit for the Sunday carvery. The service was friendly and the dogs were made welcome. The re was a choice of three meats and help yourself to vegetables. Cauliflower cheese has always been a favourite with me..

Small and very friendly camp site attached to a lovely pub. Dog friendly site and pub with welcoming helpful staff. Clean facilities. Definitely worth a return visit!
