One of the best places in Chester-Le-Street for scenic walks. The park has plenty of play equipment and is definitely worth a visit for a day out

Ideal park for a picnic. There is a kids park and a little water park for the kids. There's also a skate park near the car park hidden away slightly. Plenty of walkers, runners, dog walkers and families. It's great to walk along the river...More

Beautiful park kids all loved it. Plenty space for picnic and the splash park is fab ! Only reason for 4 stars it's because the nearest toilets are disgraceful. Dirty wet and all blocked !

What a lovely day we've just had. Great facilities suitable for young children. Make sure you take a swimming costume and towel as the children will want to use the splash pad. Parking is reasonably priced as is the café.
