Variety of rajasthani taste in form of dress material, show piece, folk jewellery, and scenarie at reasonable rates is available. Good place for shopping and to spend time to experience village vrat. But dont forget to bargain.......u really enjoy it

Agree with the reviewer.. Educate women so they can advance. Nice that they demonstrate how carpets are made. Art only done by the men. So typical of India in general. Overpriced handicrafts. Typical shop that the private drivers take you to and expect to buy.More

Hi Teresa, Thanks for your feedback. Village women Crafts is helping village women and their families become self-dependent. Most of these women were married when they were very young (in their teens) and very few are educated. Yes, it still happens in villages in India....More

Its totally a tourist trap & way overpriced. They have a mish mash of typical Rajastthani craft & textiles. The animal paintings are good. Again very pricey. Best off avoiding this place.
