This temple is very famous in Tamil Nadu. There is a very long path to reach the main temple. This temple represents the traditional and spiritual value of Tamil Nadu.

Long walk if you are entering free , however its worth going till the end. We had bought the Rs100 Seva ticket to enter the VIP gate however there are still long way to reach the main temple.

It is not exactly in Vellore, away about 20 kms from the city. A very big temple campus, created thoughtfully to address all aspects including control of visitors. The best time to experience the beauty of the place is early in the morning. Very unique temple fully gold plated. Looks fantastic to see in the moon light.

1. Must visit attraction at Vellore. 2. Took a cab from Vellore bus stand and it can be reached within 10-20 mins. 3. Some construction work going on, so expect not-so-good roads. 4.
