Disclaimer: I have been to a lot of caves throughout the world. So my opinion could be a bit bias.

Going to Ice Cream Cave was a part of our half day package with Diamond Sea. It was great seeing the stalactites and stalagmites. The tour guide was great. I think it would be a good place to take teens. The cave entrance may be a little difficult for those with any sort of walking or climbing issues.

The cave is rather small. There are several good places to take pictures. It's a bit slippery so be careful. I believe you'll enjoy it. However, if you've visited five or more caves your opinion may be that it is not worth the trip. Nevertheless, check it out. It's a good break away from the norm.

I intentionally did not provide any pictures. It appears the ones already posted provides a good overview of the cave.

We visited this cave as part of a day tour. It was interesting but wearing hard hard and being lead by torch was hard going. I was with my mum so we went slowly as worried about falling!!

This is a very special visit and must if you love caves. Just a few tips. If your feet are sensitive take protective footwear. The ground inside the cave is very slippery with sharp edges. Our tour guide did not inform us about this. Also take a torch or cellphone for light. It is very dark inside this cave. A real memorable experience.

The caves have many protruded rocks which are hanging upside down. It seems they can fall anytime. You can enjoy these caves by canoe. Be cautious of the rocks, it may hit your head.
