Next to Devil’s Tear is Dream Beach which is again a mesmerizing sight. Dream Beach is just perfect. Fine sand and crystal water is what one would love here. True to its name, it is not less than a dream. The water is so clear that you can even see the reefs below the surface. It’s a really popular destination which is evident from the amount of tourists I could spot around. Sunrise Fast Cruise Bali turned my dreams in reality showcasing this beautiful destination as part of the Nusa Lembongan trip.

After visiting Bali numerous times whether for leisure or work, and the third this year, this is my first visit to Nusa Lembongan. Nusa Lembongan is only 30 minutes by ferry from Sanur pier. Left Sanur at 8.30am and arrived by 9am. Met by an earlier engaged driver / guide upon arrival; first stop was at a stop for a panoramic view of Lembongan. Next we proceeded to Devil's Tears, some epic tide pool that offer pure excitement just to see the strong waves gushing against the cliff getting splashes besides the feel of strong wind! Understand this is also the best sunset spot besides the most spoke about Tanah Lot on the main island of Bali. Dream Beach is another spot for great shots not to be missed besides the must stopped-by iconic yellow suspension bridge a.k.a Bridge of Love that links Lembongan and Ceningan before ending off at the Lembongan mangrove. Spent the afternoon relaxing on the private serene beach of Sandy Bay Beach Club after lunch was an epic finale to end the day at Lembongan before leaving with the 4.30pm ferry.

Located adjacent to the famous 'Devils tears' this is a small beach. It was quite open to the surging waves and when we looked I noted the water was quite rough and unable to be swum in. It may be better on flatter days. The hotel built over dream beach has a beautiful infinity pool that overlooks it. There is a charge or around 50K for a swim in this pool and this may be a good 'plan b' if you end up visiting it on one of its rougher days.

Went to Dream Beach as part of our Tour and we got 2 Hours there and it was amazing. Didn't rate the beach as we have awesome beaches in Australia but we did go to the beach club and had a swim in there Infinity Pool which was the best. Paid AUD$5 and got to use the facilities which was the pool, day bed, shower, toilet. Bar service and food also available. Beach club is up on the mountain so be prepared for some steep stairs, worth the climb up and down though.
