Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, relaxation, kayaking and so on.
if you are not coming from sea, you need to leave a car somewhere on top and go down.

At first we were intimidated by the slope and other people's experiences but we were so happy we went ahead and got to experience this beach. It was truly amazing! Bring snacks with you!

This one is a must in Pilion. Beautiful, secluded and not overpopulated - and if you want to be all by yourself try to arrive early.

Turquoise water, cliffs rising from on ends, an access path challenging enough to keep away anyone not determined enough. No cafés, souvenir shops, vendors. None at all.
Just the monotonous sound of the waves.

It's perfect, and it's not even on an Island.

Admittedly, my serene description relates to a late October sunny day. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets a lot busier on a typical summer weekend.

Serenity is the best word to describe the place. Even if it is a bit crowded it is mostly quiet. Probably since the path is considered difficult for families...
The beach is with pebbles, the water is crystal clear. If you want to get some footage underwater try near the rocks there are beautiful fish. There are kayak trips from Ntamouhari port. The beach gets shady very early during the last days of August. The path is well preserved but a bit stiff at some points. I am a smoker so my lungs are lucky to have survived the way back to the car.
I would do it again no matter what.

Absolutely beautiful beach. It’s a bit of steep downhill walk to get to but it’s totally worth it!! The beach is stunning and the water is crystal clear. The beach was almost empty when we went, which we loved because it was totally peaceful.

First very difficult for parking
Second difficult to go to the beach where are only some rocks and no beach,
And third and the most important, without water, nothing where to get something, and the way back really very difficult, ooohhh, no way, don't try....

This secluded beach is absolutely amazing! We've visited Fakistra beach at the middle of September and it was empty of people, maybe 2 or 3 couples . Cliffs create a natural shade that casts on the beach. It requires a little bit of walking ,
the slope at the beginning of the route is actually a bit steep for the first few minutes to go down but the rest of the path is fully compatible with many shady places where after a beautiful trail drives you to the beach.
