I am originally from this area and have been coming to the beach for cover 40 years. I remember a beautiful white sandy beach that you could barely walk through. Pristine for years. Over the last 3 years the beach is in deplorable condition. Dirty,...More

This was a really great spot to watch the sunset. The parking lot was very large, it was easy to find (drive into Sauble, go to the end, turn right, then there will be parking on the left). It was a very busy spot, so...More

We were there for a family reunion at my friends cottage that we rented during the 3rd week of June. The weather was fantastic and the beach just like Florida. They have a grocery store, a liquor store, ice cream store and a lot of...More

Wow, the town was so quiet on June 22. But it will be booming by the long weekend at the start of July until the end of the Labour Day weekend in September. If you like peace and quiet in the summer, go to the...More

Ever since I started visiting the charming little resort town of Sauble beach it has been my go to place for relaxation. Family oriented, the water is clean and shallow enough to wade out a long distance. The sunsets and thunderstorms can both be amazing...More

As someone who grew up working at Sauble Beach in the late 70's and 80's, I have to say I avoid this beach now at all costs. We had two days we had to spend out there for an event, and the beach is dead....More

Beautiful beach and town. Not sure that teenagers would like it as they may get bored. Slower pace. Nice sunsets and small towns fairly close to visit for shopping, etc. A place to relax. Bathrooms on the beach are kept clean.

This beautiful beach was quiet, not crowded at all, and so relaxing. Though the water is cold, walking barefoot in the water feels very relaxing. There are many shops and restaurants along the beach. Best place for a quiet walk along a scenic beach, with...More

Beautiful beach, beautiful setting. The town was so cute.. there is an old bus that serves tacos, a wooden ship (that are loos I think) and a couple of very nice ice cream shops. .. Friendly locals.. All in all a good place to visit.

A grand freshwater beach without the saltiness of sea water and thats the best part as you need not to bother about salt damaging your skin. We went with bunch of friends there, took a dip, played beach volleyball. In the last evening did barbecue...More

No, you're apparently not. We saw a security patrol walk over to guy that had what looked like a wine cooler and ask him to dump it.

I've seen everything from beach umbrellas up to full canopies with walls on 3 sides. Your canopy will be fine, just make sure it's properly anchored because it can get windy. There's an official Sauble Beach website (which... More

It was warm by 2pm I don't remember the exact temperature but I suspect it may be around 28 .5 degree Centigrade or approximately 83 degree Fahrenheit
