If you are looking for a 007 museum on the island then this is the places to go! Mentioned in one of the 007 books, the island is now trying their best to get the next bond film filmed here. I hope they do as...More

Who would've thought a small museum devoted to 007 James Bond would exist in a corner of a village in rural Japan? The displays are amateurish but it was a fun visit and just a couple of blocks from the ferry terminal. A fun little...More

For die hard JB fans, this is a must see, but for casual tourists, it's a bizarre little room dedicated to 007 on a tiny art island. It all stems from the fact that one of the non-Fleming Bonds takes place on Naoshima and the...More

It's evident that the locals have put a lot of love and dedication into this museum - worth a look for the dubious fan film, which made me smile.

Apparently, Naoshima is mentioned in one of 007 books and the residents are trying to get a 007 movie filmed on this island. This tiny museum/room is one of the attempts to attract the filmmakers, which doesn't look like it is going to be fruitful.....

I have never seen a space like this. I loved the presentation of each piece and the collection as a whole.

When you find yourself leaving the island and have time before the ferry, you should check out the 007 Museum. This museum is really a testimony to the people of Naoshima, who have strongly lobbied for a James Bond book that was set on the...More

This really is a labour of love - a private free museum dedicated to 007 - the Bond movie 'You Only Live Twice' is based on the novel 'The Man with the Red Tattoo' which is the focus of the museum as it is set...More
