A photo of the tree was on a Tobacco brand which is all that makes it famous. For me it was a nice shaped tree on a rise but that's it. Pretty well unexciting.

The place is filled with warning signs telling visitors to keep out of private land. I don't see anything fascinating to see here.

This was another tree our tour guide pointed out on passing. It is another ordinary tree made famous by TV commercial. Really need to see the commercial to understand why so many visitors made their pilgrimage here.

Nothing spectacular as it is just a lonely tree. However, the drive around the area offers a great view of the surrounding landscape and scenery. Place is also peaceful and quiet too. Recommended to drive/cycle around this area.

The area is really scenic and if you like photography is a must. Don't forget also Ken and Mary Tree, Parent and Child Trees. A car is a must here and the places are well indicated. Don't forget also the Furano area with its lavander...More
