Fantastic zoo with the chance of interaction with numerous different animals . My friends loved feeding giraffes which costs nothing, the elephant bath show was a great experience also.

Cameras are definitely allowed. I doubt that they care about tripods. Lots of people were taking photos with DSLRs.
