This is the first time I was naked in public pools, but you do not have to worry about privacy. The Onsen makes us feel good because the rooms are divided between men and women. You can not use the shoes into the room but they provide lockers shoe with a deposit of ¥ 100 and they will refund your... More

Came here with countryside tour Forest bus . The adult entry is Y800 per entry , students Y600 and additional Y100 for towels or Y220 for two towels ( one to bring into the onsen). You put your shoes in s locker ( refundable Y100) then you enjoy your onsen . Also need another refundable Y100 for the locker in... More

In recent years it has been marketing towards foreigners looking for an authentic onsen experience. Unfortunately, for me that takes away the authenticity and so I much prefer going to the onsen ryokans or hotels in Hakone or Kawaguchiko. Nevertheless, the baths are nice with views of Mount Fuji and a few types of baths of varying temperatures. There is... More

You can enjoy Onsen and very nice view of Mt.Fuji. Year by year, the number of foreign tourists has increased! You can try it! 改装して、洗い場から富士山を真正面に眺めることができ、数も増えました。でも、露天風呂は変わらず、ややイモ洗いですが、気持ちのよい温泉です。山中湖に行ったらはずせない。

We decided to go here on a cloudy and rainy day when there was little else to do. The onsen has three or four indoor baths and two outdoor baths, with different temperatures, and two saunas (one dry and one steam). All in all a very nice onsen, and although the restaurant has a certain cantine-feel to it the food... More

We always go there when in yamanakako it is one of the best onsen in the area and one of the most reasonable price for entrance fee. You can park right infant of the facility and you can spend few hours if you consider all the extra activities you can enjoy, like massage video games for kids or a choice... More

We were very impressed with this onsen. With five hot baths all at differing temperatures, three inside and two outside, you had your pick; the two outside were very traditional and were a delight to relax in. In addition there was a steam room and sauna plus multiple sit down and standard shower points. For ¥700 it was a bargain!... More

The touring bus for Yamanakako from Fujisan Station conveniently stops at this onsen facility (the route bus for Gotemba stops in front of Lawson; inquire at the reception). Large indoor and outdoor baths, separated by gender of course, of different temperatures offering a great view of Mt Fuji, and two saunas (one dry, another mist). Towels may be purchased and...
