Very very pretty in May. Big fields of tulips. When clouds are gone you can see Mount Fuji behind all the tulips field as well. Well worth the admission fee.

It's famous for flower garden, but you can see Mt. Fuji best around here. 花の都公園自体は入ったことがありませんが、この周辺で富士山を一番よく見られるのが公園周辺です。 じゃまな電柱などもなく、富士山をフルに堪能できるはず!

Very nice flower park depending on seasons. Also light show during night times at selected season. By the way, this place is good for trip with younger kids. A must visit in Yamanashi area.

We spent there a couple of hours. You can rent a bike for 4, walk around, and there is a playground for kids 4-10. You can also have a coffee while your kids play, or take a small visit to the lava museum (very small).
