Fernando (Fefi) and Edu created an unforgettable adventure for our group of 8 trekking to the top of San Andresito. We were as rookie as a group as we could be, some fitter that's others and they were very patient and warm to all of us making us feel safe all the time. The ascension was a bit too tough... More

Fernando took good care of us, aged from 55+ to 71. He adjusted to put pace and ability very nicely. He was patient and interesting. I would recommend this trek for sure.

Fernando is the real deal - a mountain guide who's been to the top of Aconcagua many times, negotiated the Polish Glacier, etc - so for someone wanting a full-on mountain adventure, he'd be a good guy to ask. But even for unfit 50-somethings like us, Fernando was a terrific guide for our day in the Andes. He picked us... More

If you like nature you'll love this mountain trip. We did two days with Fernando and it was ace. Top job. We stayed in the mountain refuge San Bernardo in Vallecitos, Parque Provincial and it was the cool authentic wooden lodge retreat we were after, a million miles away from the wineries of Mendoza. Cordón Del Plata is nothing short... More

Although the weather was reminiscent of an autumn day in Scotland, we thoroughly enjoyed our trek with Fernando in the foothills of the Andes. He was well prepared with extra jackets, gloves etc. and chose the route that was appropriate for our ability. We were rewarded at around 3,300 metres with the clouds moving away and a lovely picnic provided... More

We had a great day with Fefe. He's full of energy and obviously loves what he does and where he does it. We are going on another hike Saturday! If you are in the Mendoza region and want to see the Andes up close and personal, then call Fefe!

This was a fabulous day in the mountains with Fifi! Stunning views, great food and exceptional company. We would recommend this hike to anyone who enjoys being outdoors and wants to have a incredible day outside of the city. It was worth every penny and its a must do with Fifi!

We booked this 2-days trek through our hostel Punto Urbano. We met Fernando and he brought us to the shelter, where we also spent the night. In the afternoon we did our first trek to the Cerro Arenales and back to the shelter, we had a fantastic view! Fernando is a very lively and active person and full of energy,... More

My wife and I spent the better part of a morning and early afternoon trekking with our driver and Fernando (Fefi) in the Andes near Mendoza. Fefi is fun, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Our driver drove us from our hotel and we met Fefi near the trailhead. Fefi came riding down the mountain on his bike, hair blowing in... More
