Very pleasant afternoon touring the winery and sampling 6 different wines. Guide was very informative and answered all our questions. A nice selection of bread and cheese to eat while sampling the wines

We visited Hatzidakis Winery in Santorini, and we were blown away by the most beautiful and charming place. The wine production and storage are located deep inside a cave hewned by the owners to create a cool environment from the hottest of sun outside.

The quality of the wine produced at this estate is top-notch l, the red has an inviting aroma, and the white is very friendly to the tongue. The Visanto desert wine is simply divine and the best of the lot.

Boring experience and a total of 2 glasses of wine for 25 euro per person. We saw the cave in 10 minutes with a young guide who did not seem to know much about (organic) wine. We got 2 breadsticks for 3 persons and tasted 6 wines (adding up to 2 glasses) introduced by another young girl serving all tables and telling basics about the grapes. Time and money would have been better spend at a charming bar in Pyrgos.

This winery particularly disappointed us , being quite expensive minimal wine measures. Somewhat concerned card wasn't taken and no receipt given for cash. Strange how two sweet wines were in the tasting and no reds.

Our first stop on a wine tasting tour. Fun winery/tasting room in the middle of their vineyards. Great family story. Good service.

A very fine discovery
Heard about the founder of this winery, the late Hardimos Hatzidakis who had a reputation of a very fine wine maker.
We were not disappointed by the excellent choice of 6 of their best wines.
Mainly white like the Aidani and the Assyrtiko, presented in two aging options. Nikteri was very interesting and surprising.
We're finished with 2 sweet wines, I'm not particularly fond of sweet wines but the Voudomato tasted very rich.
The barrels storage area is already a good reason to visit.

We were guided through the place by a very nice and helpful local guide

Currently standing at the entrance waiting for my driver because this supposed tour and tasting experience lasted about 30 minutes whereas we thought we would be here at least 60-90 minutes. We were rushed completely through our tasting where she poured one sip glasses and we barely got an impression of the wine. Additionally, did not ask us how we enjoyed each wine or ask us how we were or engage at all in conversation. We were also sold that this was a tour and she did not offer to do one and at the end we had to ask about it and she walked us about 20 feet to the area next to the bathroom and talked for about 5 minutes and then ended the tour. My husband and I are major wine collectors and have been to hundreds of wineries. We were anticipating buying wine and already had an idea of what we wanted going into the tasting. She did not ask if we wanted anything. This is the worst winery we’ve ever been.

Hatzidakis winery is an excellent choice . The family is running the winery and this love and dedication to the nature reflexes at their wine productions . Wine tasting by Roula the sommelier was excellent as me and my mother understood beside the wine processes , the unique taste of each wine . Loved the Familia and the Skytali , but was impressed by Nama

This winery is located on the southern end of the island down a steep drive. We stopped for a tasting on Dec 11, but after inquiring if they could ship to the US, we were told that they were not allowed to ship to the states. This was a bummer as we would have liked to take back some wine, and as we had quite a few other wines from other vintners, we had no room in our luggage to bring it back.
