We went as a large group and the food and service were great. Haven’t been for a while and had forgotten how nice it was. Will definitely be going more often!

The food was not good and when we said this to the waitress her reply was not what we expected and were told not to bother coming back. It would not have been so bad if we did not have to listen to the waitress...More

A nice pub predominantly locals but dog friendly in the bar which suited us. Good selection of food although my lamb rump was not as tender as it could have been it was ok. Staff very friendly all in all a pleasant visit.

The food here is fantastic with a good selection with local produce used. The portions are big as well so you get your money's worth. Good selection of beers on tap as well to go with you food. Staff always friendly and helpful.

They previously allowed dogs in the bar area but I would check as it appears to be under new management. The car park is right next to the pub and you should be fine from an access point of view.
