Without a doubt the Elefantasy is a MUST for visitors to Jaipur for a fun elephant safari and is the ONLY complete elephant experience in the world - making it truly unique. Get up close and personal with these incredible species in the beautiful surroundings and inside Amer town.Elephants can be seen immersing themselves in the park lake, in between riding, painting or other activities. Hand feed them, touch them, take photos with them, then learn more about the elephants ancestry and with the culture of Rajasthan.

Please do not promote elephant riding and painting on these magnificent animals. They are not meant to be tied down all day. Visiting this attraction only promotes this type of behavior.

A place well liked by hotel taxi drivers obviously for the commission that is awarded to them for bringing tourists! Visitors are welcomed by overly eager salesmen trying to sell the activities with an elephant for ridiculously high prices. During price negotiations all sorts of...More

This area has around 250 elephants belonging to various owners and thus is called Hathi-Gaon! Mostly these elephant riders (mahouts) have ancestors who served with the army of Jaipur in past era! Today they earn by ferrying tourists to give them feeling of Maharajas !...More
