Best Artwork
Jan 2021
Here you can experience ancient artwork and the life style of Kings. The mirror work is excellent and very good photo stop. It's inside Amer Fort and not a separate tourist site.

Sheesh Mahal (mirror palace)
Jan 2021
Sheesh Mahal (mirror palace), the mirror mosaics and colored glasses were a "glittering jewel box in flickering candlelight".Sheesh mahal was built by King Man Singh in the 16th century and completed in 1727. It is also the foundation year of Jaipur state. However, most of this work was allowed to deteriorate during the period 1970–80 but has since then been in the process of restoration and renovation. The walls around the hall hold carved marble relief panels. The hall provides enchanting vistas of the Maota Lake

The highlights inside Amer
Dec 2020 • Family
There were Sheesh Mahal in Agra and Delhi. However, today you don't really get to see them. But the Sheesh Mahal of Amer gives us a glimpse of how they might have been. It is breathtakingly beautiful! Take your time and watch around. If u have a guide he will probably help you with some interesting photo angles and also share few tricks. For example, throw your mobile's light on the mirrors and see what happens!

Visually Stunning - Hall of Mirror
Nov 2019
The Hall of Mirrors (also called Sheesh Mahal and Palace of Mirrors) is located within the walls of the Amber Fort Palace. This is a visually stunning area of the Palace that have many small pieces of mirrors that are artfully embedded in the walls and roof of this section of the Amber Palace. Very nicely done artwork using these small pieces of mirrors. Prior to entering the Hall of Mirror, there is a very nice garden/courtyard area at the entrance to this area.
Very nice area to visit and enjoy this artist creation.

A magical experience!
Mar 2020
Located in the third courtyard of the Amber Palace, unfortunately it is not possible to enter the Hall. However, the inlaid panels and mirrored ceilings are visible from the outside and are stunning. This is one of the most beautiful rooms in the palace and a great photo opportunity.
