Walls of this inner palace are intricately adorned with small pieces of glass and mirrors, and it is an absolute highlight. Although entry into the palace is not permitted there are plenty of opportunities of looking into the inner parts and marveling at the mirrored wallsVisited February 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 26 March 2023

The Sheesh Mahal is within the complex of Amer Fort, this is a beautiful piece of art. Unfortunately it is closed now and you can now see it from outside.

This is a must visit site in your Jaipur itinerary. Mere words will fall short of describing the grandeur it is ! And the intricacies. The mirror and the inlay work is mesmerizing.

Not sure why this is listed on TA as a separate attraction ; it is just a small part of your visit to Amber Palace. It is a very nice part and I'm sure it must have been a lot more opulent before thieves removed the expensive precious and semi-precious stones. Now there's mostly glass mosaics and sculptured marble left. Lots of people are jostling to make selfies against this gorgeous backdrop, so it gets a bit silly here.

This gorgeous Palace of Mirrors is arguably the most interesting structure in Amber Palace, The design is complex and ingenious, and elaborately beautiful. It offers optical illusions and opportunities for the unusual photos.

Does anybody know how can I go to udaipur from jaipur?! By cab or plane?!
Vasudev68
Pune, India140 contributions
There are no direct flights between Jaipur to Udaipur.
Two options;
1. Travel to Delhi (around 200 kms by road) & catch a flight.
2. Else travel by road (prefer minimum a Toyota Innova vehicle).
