First time doing the ettalong to palm beach and back journey. It was great fun, takes about 25 mins each way, comfortable ferry, pleasant service, can pay onboard, nothing bad to say. Council needs to keep the channel dredged so this service can continue.
great ferry ride, good views, friendly staff. Good timetable. We caught the 12noon ferry and had lunch at The Box takeaway Ettalong, fish and chips and a beer. Followed by a swim then back on the 2.30 pm ferry back to Palm Beach

The staff at Fantasea cruises are very professional and extremely helpful. They were so happy and were friendly to customers. How they navigate so easily around those sandbars we Will never know. We had such a pleasant trip and will certainly be back again soon.More

As for navigating those sandbars our masters of the vessels are very talented. You should see them reversing into a parking space!!

We went on a very busy day but arrived half an hour earl and got good seating everyone got on boar and service departed left and arrived on time. Staff were efficient and courteous. There is free wifi on board and they take credit cards.More

We were taken out in rough seas to go whale-watching (a booking from months prior) but at least 2/3 of the boat were ill and vomiting the entire time including myself and my very young children. We didn't see any whales because we were so...More
The ferry collected us from Patonga. We arrived at 8.30 and there was no shops open to get a coffee or any refreshments.
The tickets were $65 each for adults as we paid for the whale watching tour.
