Out of the many caves to visit in Belgium my husband and I decided on this one due to the subterranean boat trip. The tour group, of around 50, was split into 2 groups - German/Dutch/Flemish and French. As we speak none of these languages...More

The excursion was interesting, we visited several different halls inside the cave. Besides, this cave is claimed to have the longest undergroud river in Europe, it took our guide about half an hour to row us back to the entrance.

This is an amazingly beautiful cave! It is natural, not man made and its stalagmites and stalactites are amazing! We walked about 1.5 kilometers in to it with our guide, and then get back by boat. I recommend it!

You walk inside the mountain for about 500m and then go back on a boat in an underground river. Very exciting and unique, there are places that it is extremely low and narrow and sometimes you actually have to bend down. Although the guide is...More

Save yourself this disappointing cave when you do have some interest in caves. The guide knew absolutely nothing beside some names, which he kept repeating.
