We went there with our one year-old baby. Everyone must follow the same guided tour except that all guides do whatever they want. You are not supposed to go on your own even though the site is not that large. This place is not safe...More

The guided tour included in the entry price was excellent, and as well as the standard tour that includes going right inside the towers she was happy to spend more time explaining particular things that people were curious about. The ticket also includes entry to...More

I'm an old student of megalithic cultures and the bronze age, so this was a long awaited thrill for me. But for my wife, who usually could care less, it was still a wonder. We had an excellent tour guide, just 3 guests in a small...More

You could not buy a ticket to visit just this one site and you needed to travel to the other two sites listed. Only guided tours but despite the attempt to hide the Site with bushes you can still see it from the road. We...More

Fabio was terrific. He was knowledgeable and provided a wonderful experience in seeing Su Nuraxia. We would highly recommend seeing the site and using Fabio as a guide.

Yes, it is another pile of stones but you can go inside the chambers which was very interesting and from the top of the building you get a good view of the site. Combine with a visit to the bar over the road, good panini,...More

This was the first we visited and we were surprised. The guide (required) spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. You actually go inside, and it is tight in places so be prepared to get some exercise climbing stairs, some original and tough, some modern....More

With 7000+ Nuraghi on the island there are many options for the lay-person to visit a Bronze Age site. However, if you want to see the biggest and most touristic then this is it.

Although this site was really interesting, do not be tempted to visit without a guide. Nothing is marked or labelled. There are some very tricky and steep steps so only for the sure footed.

Rent a car or hire a cab. There might be a bus, but I didn't try. It's easy to drive there. Take local coins for the parking meter. They monitor parking closely.
