In Serravalle Designer Outlet you cand find a lot of gret deals on almost everything. The place is easy to achieve by bus and tickets can be bought in front of Milano Centrale Train Station, for only 20 euro

End of winter ist always good for sales, I'd recommend to call the respective brand shop there directly and ask for the sale start. It works well this way! 👍🏻

Not sure. I went there in March. But they have huge discounts constantly from 30-90% all year round, so I really don't think it will make much difference when you go.
