A thoroughly interesting wine flight through the different William Fevre wines. We had missed out the day before as they shut at 1800hrs and due to an unscheduled meeting the young store Manager stayed open later for us the next day. His English was flawless and we learned lots. We started with a Petit Chablis onto Chablis, the Premier Crus... More

Situated along the road from the hotel we stayed at, this was the first 'wine tasting' experience we had and we learned so much from them! The knowledge of the young man that 'hosted' us was second to none, we were there for a good 90 minutes plus as we tasted various William Fevre wines and spoke about the differences... More

Amazing location. And in early spring with full sunshine this is truly an amazing garden closure for a Sunday lunch. Start with the pate and then the fish soup. Wash it down with a grand cru Les Clos from William Fevre. With the sun on your back and the most relaxing a welcoming environment it could be heaven. A must.

A few friends and I who all reside in Paris went down for a weekend to Chablis, attracted to its famous white wine vineyards. Among them William Fevre is one of the largest and owns quite a few vineyards. They have a range of wines from Grand Cru to Petit Chablis that are made from hand harvested grapes. The tour... More

We booked a tasting at William Fevre and our the lovely gentleman who was our guide, and spoke very good English was very informative, friendly and welcoming. We were shown around the winery and in the caves, he was happy to chat to us and answer all of our questions about the winemaking. A very in depth tour considering it... More

This stop gave us a good overview of the variety of tastes one gets from the same grapes grown is different locations. The guide spoke good English and showed a 3-D map of where the grapes for each tasting were grown.

A great visit and tour of the wine centre and the cellar. Our guide, Marion, was delightful lady who spoke good English and was very knowledgeable. It is a very professional outfit and the wines that we tasted were superb. We had lunch in their restaurant next door and had a delicious meal.

This is probably the best large producer in Chablis and one of the few you can do a tasting without an appointment. They consistently make some of the best chablis year in and year out. They provide a tasting through there range of wines for 10 euros, which is fair (they refund it if you buy wine). They even let... More
