I love this bridge, more before some idiots put up guard railings....probabaly EU regs. But this was part of a trail where Roman soldiers in the Second Century traversed through this area.

The area has plenty of amazing trails with much better views than the short one with the old small bridge. But if you live nearby, why not go for a short walk here.

The literal low point of this fun short (4 mile) walk. Ancient Roman bridge with hand rail supported cobbled paths down to and up from.

on our holiday we stayed in a villa near by an walked down and up the path to the village , nice lovely views , gives you an idea of how in old times people moved around the mountains and hills
