This is a lovely little find considering how close to the motorway it is. Trails weave themselves all over the land with some nice short challenging up hill sections. Very easy to put together a 5k without repeating any routes

If you have to stay at a hotel near Heathrow, this is a great place to run. There are lots of trails. It was about a mile from the Holiday Inn.

This area is outstanding and wonderful to have bad weather footpaths. All the people we have met have friendly dogs. Plenty of places to find solitude. Plenty of benches. Plenty of parking but the width restrictions are a challenge.
