Briefly... I belong to the Church of Airplane. I visit every church I can (i.e. airplane museums.) "Duxford" is a pilgrimage site. Some do this once in their lives...others must do it monthly...those who never do are to be pitied. That is all.

Simply an amazing day immersed in planes from the 1900s to 1960s. Take your camp chair but don't feel the need to get there mega early as there is ample space for everyone to get a great view of the planes taxiing before take off...More

I brought my brother in law who was over from Poland for a visit - with it being midweek we missed the queues and there were spitfires and other planes flying the aircraft exhibits are fantastic

I really enjoy this place you should definitely go there I recommend duxford for people who enjoy ww2 and enjoy looking at planes and learning facts about planes

Hi. There are a number of benches scattered around the airfield but on air show days trying to get a seat on these can be very hard. I would highly recommend bringing your own seats if you can. I hope you enjoy your... More
