The factory is mid-size and truly creates some of the finest cigars I have ever experienced. I had the pleasure of speaking with Don Olman and understanding how and why his Costa Rican cigars are so smooth and "clean" on the palate. The cigar factory in Santiago is well worth your time. To see the people who make the cigars and how they are made was great. My host while not an expert in English, knew enough to communicate. A few free samples, a smoking room, and discounts on site made this a fine visit.

This is the workings of a real cigar factory. If you speak English, you should call ahead for someone to escort you to explain & show you the process (through the workers) in making a cigar.
