A good well signposted trail with options. Parking relatively easy but busy on nice weekends.Walking in the forest is good for the soul !

We decided to walk here on Sunday morning. What a busy place! There were so many people, some on organised events, others walking their dogs and generally enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.

This Park ( Forêt Domaniale ) is not too far from Reims and can be easily reached by car . It is easy to find , has a lot of parking spaces , clearly identified and well maintained walking paths and places to sit and relax . There are many villages between Reims and Verzy where wineries can be visited and local delicacies can be bought to make a nice picnic in the Foret Domaniale de Verzy and enjoy the view of these unique trees . An excellent way to spend a sunny day !

On a recommendation by our accommodation host, my wife and I took a 1 hour stroll through this interesting bushland area adjoining the town of Verzy. The 'bent' trees are probably the main draw-card, but the overall forest was enjoyable to walk through, especially as we were there in good weather.

This forest is my favourite place to walk with my dog, in any season. The energy and peace of the forest is soothing and always sparks my creativity. I love it here.

A visit to the look out well worth the short walk, great views over the area. Easy walk through Foret Domaniale de Verzy which has interesting trees. Walk used by locals. Picnic areas available

We really didn't expect this to be more than a pleasant place to have a walk on a hot day. But we were delighted to find that it was the site of some highly unusual beech trees with a peculiarly contorted shape. They are referred to as dwarf beeches in some accounts (Wikipedia!) but some of the trees here are far from being dwarves. They have a strange distribution in Europe, being found in only a few scattered locations, and apparently this is their stronghold. the paths are well-marked, there are plenty of car parks and picnic spots making this easy to explore. A really nice way to spend an afternoon (and so much cooler in the shade of the trees!). Combined with some champagne-tasting, a really nice day.

Amazing trees to be seen. The well defined paths that made the walks very easy. Would easily spend a couple of hours there.

Les Faux are a real attractions and fascinating to see. When you're in the area, you really have to see them.
Good walking paths, clearly indicated and well maintained forest.
