We use this bus service from a nearby train station to Narita airport (which is clear on the other side of Tokyo for me). The bus is comfortable, on-time and efficient.

Travelling on public transportation with suitcases dragging heavy luggage across platforms can be quite difficult. So I hope you found our private airport transfer convenient.
We also believe it is a lot more convenient to be able to go straight to your accommodation rather than having to wait for the bus to depart or going around to other passengers' hotels -one of the perks of our private charter service.

I was a bit worried during the initial booking due to the lack of reviews on Tripadvisor and Facebook plus the requirement for payment upfront but the business was legitimate and offered top class service.
Our family arranged for bus travel between Hakone to Mount Fuji stopping at Ooishi Park, Arakurayama Sengen Park, Oshino Hakkai and then on to Odawara Station to catch our next Shinkansen.
The driver was very flexible and professional with the trip being very smooth and running on time. The team organising the trip were patient and allowed high customisation of the trip. Would highly recommend.

We went to tokyo with a family of 8 and chartered a van from Charterbus and Limousine Japan. Our day tour to Mt. Fuji was fabulous. The car was extremely clean and the driver was professional. We booked and paid everything online. We planned our itinerary with the help of Eri-san through emails. Would highly recommend those who are going to Japan in a small group to engage the service of Charterbus and Limousine Japan.

We use their service for our trip to Mount Mitsumine. Their quote was the exact price we paid, They added a translator for no extra charge, as they had to drop us off at the top of the mountain and pick us up at another spot. We had set the departure at 5 pm, but were late as we had to hike down, but they greeted us with a smile, and said they were happy we had a good time! We also used them for the second group's transfer from Narita to the hotel. If our group ever goes back to Japan, we will certainly call them first!

I am suitably surprise that this company was not listed on TripAdvisor. Hopefully it is now.
I was looking for a reasonably priced shuttle bus service to take my family of 3 to Club Med Hokkaido. I found a few but they were far more expensive than this company. The other option would have involved me dragging my family on the train station with our luggage then take a taxi to Club Med which such idea didn't appeal to me. Anyway, Charter Bus and Limousine was what i had settled for.
What i like about its service:
1- Reasonably priced at 38,000 JPY for a family of 3 and our luggage ; it was a 7 seaters car. My friends wanted to join us, i then found out with her family of 4, which required a van but it cost the same; shock but good to know. Another words, if you have a family of 7 you could hire this van with driver for 38,000 JPY!
2- Very clean and tidy vehicles; the 7 seaters that took my family to Club Med Hokkaido was newish but the one coming back down to the airport was a van; not so new but plenty of space. This was the one i shared with my friend; a family of 4 with luggage.
3- Comfortable seats
4- The driver organised a toilet stop/break on our way to the Club Med, which was very thoughtful of him; thanks driver.
5-Japaneses, as you know it, are one of the most polite nationals in the World
6- Leather seats and are reclineable
7-not that i needed it but should you need it; below the seats there were slippers provided for your comfort; nice touch.
8- When we arrived at the airport , the driver was waiting for us already; he was holding up a card that has our names on it; fabulous!
Overall, our experience with this transportation company was excellent. The driver didn't speak any English but that didn't bother us. I highly recommend this company solely for its prices were reasonable but the next time i use them again i had better make sure i am sharing its service with another family to make the cost cheaper. Hope this helps.

Hi, a pax of 5-6 persons will visit Tokyo on Jun 5, 2017. We would like to spend 3 days and 2 night at Mt. Fuji and its neighboring areas. We would like to know (a) the charges for transfer, including return from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji (b) (a) + one day tour with charter vehicle.
