The people there are extremely helpful. They helped us plan our trip to Mount Fuji. They covered all the bases. Wish I wouldhave stopped here sooner in our trip!

They really try their best with the Japanese friendliness. All your standard enquires will be easily replied. Just next to the airport bus station on the 3rd floor of the same building.

This information centre is in the lower level of the Tokyo Metro Government Building, next to the lift that takes you up to the observation deck. The staff there are quite helpful and there are a lot of brochures available.

English speaking, ready printed maps & answers to all my questions. My phone (internet) wasn't working so my googlemaps failed me. With their help I managed to find my hotel and had a great walk too!
