Japanese service is impeccable and efficient here. We bought watches & it shows how great their service is. As usual, they will hv a promo sale at their food basement area just prior to closing time and there’s a mad rush.

This Isetan is walking distant from our hotel. I think there 8 levels with basement selling fresh food, groceries and Japanese delicacies. Lots of things to see.
