As an American baseball fan I was very excited to watch a Japanese baseball game, and it did not disappoint even in preseason! The supporters section in the outfield was so much fun, horns and drums driving cheers for the whole stadium. The beer was affordable, with ample beer girls walking thru stands pouring draft beers. So much fun!

We are big baseball fans, and this was a fantastic experience. If you are out of Japan, you can reserve tickets from their website (it was a bit complicated, and involved a few emails back and forth, but it worked in the end). You must pay in cash at the ticket office when you go to pick the tickets up.... More

I was so excited to attend Japanese baseball games (I am a baseball nut) and the Swallows have been my team for a while now, thus when my fiancée and I descended on Jingu, we were more than thrilled! There are many places to purchase merchandise, however only one is the official shop (my fiancée was able to find a... More

When I visited this place, a baseball event was held in the stadium. A baseball team, Yakult Swallows bases this stadium. and they held communication event for their fans at that time. We entered the stand and walked around there. Stadium was smaller than other stadiums in Japan. However I felt it's very heartwarming and friendly for fans.

Easy to get to via the subway - and then just follow the crowd! saw the Swallows play and the crowd is really involved - great atmosphere. Beer is served at your seat by staff! The stadium is outdoors and older - and not that big - around 25,000 i think - but the noise and energy far exceeds that... More

Great stadium to see a Japanese baseball game (Yakult Swallows home turf) - You can get cheap tickets on the same day (around $10) - You can bring in your own food and beer!! Unbelievable! - You can get a real feeling of Japanese culture (the Japanese are crazy about baseball and being in a stadium is an unforgettable experience)

I wanted to see a Japanese baseball game while in Tokyo. The Giants were sold out so we went to Jingu Stadium to see the Yakult Swallows. So glad we did. The atmosphere is electric with fans singing the entire game. We walked up at game time on a Sunday evening and had no trouble getting two seats together. 20,000... More

This has really been one of the highlights of our time in Tokyo. Super passionate fans, bands, cheers, props, etc... a totally new experience for MLB fans. In fact, much more entertaining than a MLB game. The quality of play is also very good.
