Yebisu is one of Japan’s oldest breweries, dating to 1887, as its museum guides would like to point out. You probably won’t know that the guide is pointing that out, because guided tours are in Japanese only. But the museum’s displays include English for the...More

This museum is free if self tour, or you can join a group that includes tasting. A very well done presentation of the rich history of this beer company.

Funny my husband never asked about a tour, but where to try samples when we arrived. There is a shop with food and beer available for purchase... was a good tasting.

Interesting place combined with great beer. I couldn't join the tour because they only have it in Japanese language. However there a cafe where you can enjoy the beer and some food at the of your visit. It's recommended.

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
