Had time to spare between meetings & came here out of curiosity. Well sign posted from station. Traditional, small, quaint & quiet. Could imagine a nice small garden party here, or in its banquet hall.

As with many places in Tokyo, we encountered lots and lots of people during cherry blossom season. There was a wedding going on as we were there, and it was hard to get around due to wedding, but super interesting to see a real Japanese...More
This is a very beautiful garden. It's the most beautiful garden I have ever seen. I really recommend visiting it. Best is to go there in November / December when it's autumn colours.
I went with my foreign friend at the Kaiseki in the indivusual place. The servie, food, garden, all of the detail even include of the pocelain etc all are so beautiful hermoney and would highly recommend it
First is better to bok beforhand otherwise no place. You came for nothing. The food was good but too small portion for me. I was still hungry. Very nice people and the view from the bar is good. Peaceful view haha

Very small garden. Pretty garden but not worth travelling for. In early March.. not much flowers are blooming. Maybe better for mid spring. The restaurant there have limited food choices and also costly. Maybe couples taking picturea for wedding. Not for tourist.
A beautiful garden that offers a 300 year old tree, a authentic Tea House nestled on the water, with the modern city skyline in it's back ground. Definately worth a visit.
Just in middle of town; nice Japanese Gardens, colorful with a big variety of flowers. It connects to Boat station..
Happoen basically is offering two opportunities. You can either enjoy a beautiful Japanese Garden free of charge, a quie place in the middle of the vibrant city or you can enjoy the location for events of different sizes. End of March we had a big...More
